(the \u201cCompany\u201d) is committed through its Environmental Protection Policy (the \u201cPolicy\u201d) to continuous efforts in order to improve environmental performance in all areas required towards a cleaner environment. (the \u201cCompany\u201d) endeavors to deliver services that exceed the requirements and expectations of all parties within the maritime industry and to prevent human injury or loss of life as well as to ensure and promote occupational health and safety on board all Company\u2019s managed vessels.<\/p><p>The above-mentioned Policy shall comply with the laws and regulations of the flag state(s) of the ships under its management as well as with the international regulations and conventions and the relevant standards and guidelines.
